I work with a very broad spectrum of women. Those who have never exercised before, are managing underlying health conditions, regular fitness enthusiasts through to those who train and compete at a high level.

Whatever 'style' of delivery you choose (check out our 'How It Works Page' for more info) I make sure you receive the right level of challenge to suit your needs.

Pre Pregnancy

I help women who are getting ready to start a family or who are actively trying to conceive to prepare their bodies for the demands of pregnancy and birth.

You will gain strength and muscle tone throughout your whole body, incredible posture, a strong core and pelvic floor and a greater awareness of your body.

Getting yourself strong at this early stage gives you the best possible chance of enjoying a healthy, trouble free pregnancy, birth and recovery.

Pregnancy

I help women to get, or stay, physically strong during their pregnancy, so they can continue their daily lives with comfort and ease all the way to their due date. They feel strong, in control of their bodies, empowered and free of common pregnancy complaints such as back pain. They feel relaxed and confident, knowing they are well prepared for the demands of labour and giving birth whilst also knowing they have laid the groundwork for a smoother recovery.

Post Natal (first 12 months)

I help women who have given birth recently to help their bodies heal by working on the fundamentals of core and pelvic floor rehabilitation, posture, mobility and rest. We take into consideration your labour and birth experience and help you to progress at the right pace for your body.

Once through the initial healing phase, I work with women to achieve their personal goals, whether that is carrying out daily tasks pain free, running 5km or returning to elite performance.

Post Natal (12 months plus)

I help women who may be struggling, months or years after giving birth, to finally make a full recovery. I provide the space and expertise for women to heal their bodies safely and improve or resolve issues such as back pain, leaking and weakened core and pelvic floor muscles that may be preventing them from living each day with joy, confidence and strength.
